THE PROACTIVE HOUSE
A Proactive House is a house that has a proactive energy system and design in order to produce enough energy for its own consumption + the energy needed for an electrical car for 10.000 kilometers.
Today many companies around the world have developed and built Zero Energy Houses. Also the first active houses are built worldwide.
The Proactive House developed by Proactive House NV produces enough energy for its electricity, heat and sanitary water consumption, and supplies on top enough electricity to fuel an electric car for 10.000 km.
Following companies are supporting the Proactive House project:

- Jan Stranger, a Belgian architecture office and expert in passive houses, is designing the lay-out of the Proactive House, the technical details, and follows up day by day the construction and realization of the Proactive House: www.architect-js.be
Partnership and support for the building materials and energy equipment is given by following top level companies:
- Viessmann supplies and installs the vacuum thermal panels, the water-water heat pomp
and storage tank, the ventilation system with heat recuperation and the related command
and control.

Start of construction of the Proactive House is not yet fixed.
Patent for the Proactive House technology submitted
In order to maximize the energy production an original energy system has been
developed, including a super insulated storage vessel for medium term heat
storage connected to the solar panels, the water-water heat pump, floor heating
and solar boiler.
This project design with thermal and hydraulic schemes has been introduced
to the Patent Office in The Hague.
Procedures for approval are going on and will take about 9 months
